Peace < 3

Assalamualaikum and peace be upon you guys :)

For the last two days, we were shocked by the incident happened at mosques in New Zealand. I would not like to explain the details or even telling it out again. You could see and watch them in the news. I just want to emphasize that there is no terrorism in religion.

There is no terrorism under Islam, there is no terrorism under Christianity, there is no terrorism under Buddhism and what not. All religion tells you to do good things. There is no religion says that you should kill others. No matter what, there is no religion that will justify your act for killing people.

Terrorism only portrays hatred. It does not portray religion. So, stop discriminating certain religion under the concept of terrorism under that certain religion. Don't let hatred be in you. Hatred will only kill us.

So, please send love to all our friends, not only muslim, christians, but ALL of them. Love all of them equally. Regardless of their skin colours, what they are wearing, what their believe in, and their ages, we should respect and love all  of them equally. There is no one deserves to be treated that way. We all is the same.

So, I hope you get this message. Treat everybody equally.

First Integrated Project

Assalamualaikum and hi guys. I just wanna share a bit of my day with you guys. I would not say my day because this thing happened a few days earlier.... Last Wednesday to be exact.

I had experienced executing an experiment with our own hydraulic jack. It felt nice looking around and observing other teams’ hydraulic jack. We were given approximately 7 weeks to prepare and build our own hydraulic jack. Some of the hydraulic jack prototypes from the other teams really do look nice and fancy and some of them, even though using recycle items, still looked nice as they managed to beautify them.

Preparing our own prototype within the 7 weeks is not that bad, though. I got to mingle with new people and work out with them. We did not get to meet up as early as the other teams, because one of us is a rugby player and the other member do martial art. So, we gave tasks to ourselves to prepare all things needed beforehand. On the second meeting, we went out together to buy things for our prototype. It was so much fun because we experienced choosing things together and even not eating our dinner yet. So, that night we went for dinner together, later we built the prototype.

At first, we had troubled in the design of the prototype. So, we stayed up together to come up with new ideas to improvise our prototype. And it went well. I learnt that nothing goes well as we plan. There might be time that we need to improvise our plan, and maybe we need to come up with a fully new one. So, in your team, everyone should take part in thinking and coming up with other alternatives. There should not be only a person that takes a lead and think of a new plan. I am saying that she or he should not be the only person to think about it. Everyone should cooperate together.

I also learnt that everyone should take part in everything, not letting only a person to manage everything because we all are human being. We are not robot, so as a really thoughtful person, we should consider other people. Take part in everything means not neglecting them until it is totally over. If I could improve my performance, I could say that I want to be a person that really voicing and emphasizing out my concern about our project. I did, in fact the concern that I voiced out was actually questioned during our demonstration. So, I would say that if I need to improve my performance, I would say in that part.

If I were to come across this kind of setting/ environment again, the thing that I would do differently is I want to get to know my team members well first before starting our project. Teamwork is needed in everything. This kind of project is not a one man work. So, to have a good teamwork, we need to know each other well and even spend time with them too.

My 20th 🌻

Assalamualaikum wbt.
How're you guys doing? Fyi, I've already reach 20 this year. If anybody know my birthdate, they would know when I reach that number.

To be honest, I have never celebrate my birthday on the day for the past 7 years. Because I live apart from my family and rarely went back home. And this year I could say, nothing particularly special about my birthday. No birthday cake, no present, no surprise.

I did get a lot of wishes and all, but all I want is just to treat myself on my special day. If someone did something special for me, well it's a bonus :))

On that day (this year), me and my friends went to Aeon Station 18 Ipoh, just for fun. We ate Mr Dakgalbi (not recommended tho, cuz we love spicy food and expecting spicy food. But in the end, we were disappointed with our own expectation). On that day too, I was searching for shoes. Well, my priority was looking for shoes, but then, being there I bought a novel instead of shoes.

Well, things didn't go the way I want it to be. In the end, I didn't buy any shoes at all. Seriously, a failure. But well, maybe I'll buy it in the other time. Hmmm...

Then, that's all about my 20th celebration. Just for your information, I'm currently studying for Chemical Engineering. I thought that this semester might be a lil free compare to last sem, cuz I have less responsibilities. But as time goes by, I think this semester might be the same as last sem. The responsibilities piles up as time goes by, at the fifth week of the semester.

So, I was hoping for your wishes, wish for the best, insyaAllah.

#PETRONAS CNY Greetings 2019 - HEART

Assalamualaikum and hi :)
A good day, ain't it? So today some of my friends, our community are celebrating Chinese New Year. I didnt know much about it but all I can see is they wore traditional clothes, like cheongsam and gave angpau.. Haahaa... Thinking about the angpau made me smile. I suddenly reminisced back when the Muslim had their Eid Celebration.

So, I just wanna share a vid from one of the big companies, PETRONAS about CNY. It is really-really amazing to watch this kind of video. It make us think back our action. How we spend time with our beloved ones, what would we prioritize if we were in her shoes and would it be regrettable if we choose the wrong choice. So, watch this first.

Sad, right? Hahaha... I cried a bit when I watch this. 

Lesson learnt : Nobody can turn back time. Be sure of your choice, not to regret it. Spend your time wisely with the beloved one. And a quotes I like, Siapa yang melamar dahulu? Insan atau Nisan? Bukan pilihan kita.

So, all in all, I just wanna say, xinen kuaile to our Chinese friends. Have fun and spend your time wisely with your beloved ones, ok.
